Are there better or worse days of the week to visit PCC?

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows if there are better or worse days to visit PCC? Are Saturdays really busy? We arrive on a Thursday March 12th, and have a car for the first week (I think), so I%26#39;m trying to figure out what day to book our PCC trip. Actually, I think I%26#39;d prefer not to pre-book at all, and play it by ear, but from what I%26#39;ve been reading I think you get better seats for the show by pre-booking, right? Decisions, decisions.... :)

TIA,

Mel

You do need to book in advance if you want better seats fro %26#39;Horizons%26#39; or if you want to get a certain package.

The Ali%26#39;i Luau package %26amp; all packages better than that generally sell out.

There are almost always admission/night show tickets available ($58)

There are always daytime only tickets available ($43).

If you book directly through PCC you should be able to get any $$ back if you cancel your reservations at least a couple days in advance.

If you book through an activity center, then you are more likely to lose some of the $$.

Almost all tickets sold are ones that include the night show, %26#39;Horizons%26#39;. If it is sold out, then people will just choose a different day to go to PCC.

So there won%26#39;t be many days when it is a lot more crowded than any other day.

When I make reservations, I have a couple days available. I call %26amp; ask which of those days has the better tickets available for %26#39;Horizons%26#39; for the package I want. I make reservations for that day.

I agree that good seats for Horizons are important, so book early. Use the internet to see the choices for your various days and take the day with the best seats. I have sat in the center 4-6 rows back and been very happy.

The tour guide will make sure you get good seats to all the various events during the day. I never have felt overly crowed at PCC. You will have 2-12 people in your group and if you have something you really want to see or do, speak up right at the beginning.

I would do this trip on the day you have the car. You could leave early and sightsee your way up there, either through Kailua or Haleiwa. On the way home, you will just be tired!

The gates open at 11 and the presentations start at 12:30. I would get in my tour by 11:45 or so to beat the crowds from the buses. Have fun!

I won%26#39;t go on a Saturday again, I would pick Mon-Thurs.
