waikoloa village

hi all, hoping someone can help. we recently stayed at the Marriott Resort %26amp; Spa at Kailua-Kona. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping area called Kings%26#39; Shops. Can anyone tell me the name of a jewelry store/gallery located in this shopping area? And, if possible, a phone number. It was called %26#39;something%26#39; gallery. It%26#39;s a small store, long and narrow. I know, not a lot of info but if anyone can help, I%26#39;m sure tripadvisor forumites can! Thanks in advance for any help,

Also, if anyone is staying in the area, I can suggest some great eating!!!!

Thanks again

Janet

Hi Janet,

My husband and I will be staying at the Marriott Resort/Spa in Waikoloa Village at the end of February. I would love to hear your thoughts on restaurants in the area. We are in our upper 20s/lower 30s and we%26#39;re both vegetarian.

Thanks!

Merriman%26#39;s Market Cafe in the Kings%26#39; Shops should always have a vegetarian option, as will many restaurants. There is nothing I know of geared towards vegetarians. And as far as local food goes, it is all about meat, except the side dishes.

Try the Healthways in Parker Center in Waimea, they have natural foods and a so-so deli. Maybe they can advise you. There are many vegetarians on the island, but they tend to prep their own food ...
