First, which luau would you attend, PCC or Paradise Cove? can anybody tell me the pros/cons for each place?
Second, at PCC - is the Horizons show and the Luau different? Which would you recommend if they are different?
Third, We are also planning on staying on Maui as well. Would the Feast of Lele Laua be better/different?
We just want to make sure we pick the best one to attend. It will be myself, husband and 9 yr old daughter.
Thanks Dusty in advance - I know your input will be helpful! :) Mahalo

PAGING DUSTY - PCC versus Paradise Cove laua?
Sorry about the above post. I assure you that it is not reflective of most people on this board. I am sure Dusty will answer your question soon.
I’ve never been to the Paradise Cove Luau but I highly recommend a trip to PCC. Your 9 year old and both of you will love it. It is a truly a fun day and the Horizons show is Spectacular. The PCC Luau has won awards as one of the most authentic luaus.
My husband and our 8-year son went to Feast of LeLe’s and while is was nice I just found it outrageously expensive!
Their show pales in comparison to PCC’s! They have a cast of 6-8 people while PCC has close to 100 in the cast. It is Spectacular!
Have fun!
Scorchestra is right on.
Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) is by far the best Polynesian entertainment in Hawaii.
Polynesian Cultural Center%26#39;s %26#39;Horizons%26#39; show is spectacular %26amp; has a cast of over 100 compared to any other luau with a cast of around 15.
%26#39;Horizons%26#39; (7:30pm) is the main show at PCC. It comes with any ticket package $58 %26amp; up (cheaper for kids). Also included are the seven villages each with their own show/demonstration, the canoe pageant, canoe rides %26amp; IMAX. The $58 ticket does not include the Ali%26#39;i Luau. It doesn%26#39;t include any meal.
The Ali%26#39;i Luau package includes everything above plus the 5pm dinner show. It is $83 which is basically a $25 add on to the $58 package.
The Ali%26#39;i Luau itself is average with average food. With the Ali%26#39;i Luau package you also get a lei greeting %26amp; upgraded seats for %26#39;Horizons%26#39;.
scorchestra and Dusty -
thank you both so much for the helpful info. I appreciate you help and advice :) We will definitely do the PCC - It sounds great!
Mahalo :)
I just wanted to add that when you go to PCC to spend the day and get your schedule keep your eyes open for the family shows. Each ';Island/ Village'; has a family show at least once a day and those are tons of fun for the children because many times they may get selected to participate.
my favorite show is at the samoa village at the PCC. the canoe ride is cool too...oh, the tunga drum show is cool, too
unless you do not have imax shows in tx, skip the imax shows
