Adults only places to stay??

Does anyone know of any? We went in January of this year %26amp; stayed at places where there were kids %26amp; vowed to not let that happen again. Just cant handle all the screaming in the pools, drove us nuts! So we only hung out at the beach which is better anyways! Thanks alot!

Adults only places to stay??

A fantastic place on Maui - Hooilo House - does not allow children. Very romantic.

There is a good TA review of Hoolila at ...

Any smaller places that limit occupancy to 2 - geared for couples, honeymooners, etc. and are not part of a big complex are safer bets; and many are so lovely, unique with a whole host of cool %26#39;extra%26#39;s not available in your standard condo

Wailea Beach Villas is very pricey but they have a separate, adults only pool.

Also on the luxury end of scale - the Grand Wailea Maui has their Hibiscus Pool which is huge; like over 4,000 sq ft; reserved for adults only.

The Fairmont Kea Lani, also south Maui in Wailea, has 2 pools, one is adults only.

Via vrbo when researching condos - many individual units may say adults only - but the complex in general allows families and kids.

Also for luxury in east Maui - Hotel Hana-Maui has adults only

periods for 2007 -- May 1 to 24th and Sept 1-30th

Hawaii does not have any truly child-free resorts.

Keep in mind that when you stay somewhere with great, entertaining swimming pools you WILL have kids present!

You might think about the Mahana. Since the beach directly in front is not really a swimming beach and since their pool is ';ordinary'; (although still oceanfront), it will not attract the same age group to the same extent. There will still be some families. With no restaurants or bars on site, fewer families will find it as convenient as other choices IMO.

Hubby and I are spending a couple days at Hotel Hana Maui towards the end of this month. September is adults only there. So....... : -)

I agree witht he last caller if its a non kids atomsphere-its the hotel hana

Some of the condo complexes are quieter than others.

Would you enjoy staying on Molokai or Lanai?

Just go when the kids are in school. Worked for me.
