Please share Advise

I am leaving for Maui tomorrow. I have a Tee time at the Plantation course. My question is: Do you advise me to take my clubs with me for this once in a life time chance to play this course, or just rent a set of clubs from them. I do not plan to play other than this one time while there.

i personally would rent ---- if you were playing more then one course my answer would be bring your own --- why drag them around --

I don%26#39;t golf, but I saw plenty of people ';dragging their clubs around';. Depends, I guess, on the quality of your gear, versus what you can rent in the pro shop.

my husband has taken his and rented. He has a great rolling travel case for them but it is kind of a pain to have to schlep them around with everything else. And they take up quite a bit of room in the rental car. I would rent if you are only playing once.

It has often been our experience that our clubs are the last thing to come off the baggage carousel...so annoying but I guess they are so big they have to wait. So, if you don%26#39;t need them more than once..rent and forget about lugging them or waiting.
