Is there a good site or company for booking discounted flights to one island, an island hopper, and then out of another island?

Not that I can imagine but if you book your mainland flight into one island and out of another, it%26#39;s generally the same price as a round trip.

Then you can book interisland separately. That%26#39;s generally the cheapest, and you can get fares around $39 (or $9 if you catch a big sale) but I would search for a ticket with all legs included and then search for separate mainland and interisland flights.

One more comment -- most major airlines have flights into Maui and Oahu, so easy to go in one of those and out of the other. You may find that leaving out of Kauai you have to go back through Oahu anyway, and not sure how that might affect the price.

If you want a travel site/agency that really knows Hawaii; all the carriers for island hopping etc. you might check these guys out .. I have used them in the past. Even with all my skill at internet flight shopping, they have been able to find better deals. You can book as a package, either with rent car + airfare; or airfare + hotel; for a minimum of like 3 days/nights.

We booked a multi-city fare on AA for our upcoming trip (arriving in Honolulu and departing from Lihue) and it cost approximately $100 more pp to do it that way. Our interisland flights we booked through Hawaiian for $39 pp. We%26#39;ve always found that this is the easiest and most economical way to book flights when we travel to Hawaii.

rockie, not to hi jack your thread,....but Lindajoy, I am so glad you posted this. I knew I saw it somewhere, and I did book my flight with them. They were way cheaper than anywhere else.

I did have to call them, the link for the car rental did not work for me. They seemed very helpful

We have accumulated some Hawaiian Air miles, but not enough yet to get us there from Oregon, but we used some to get from Maui to Kauai

Our trip is fly into Maui for a week then to Kauai a week an back to Oregon from there. we needed to get Mauai to Kauai leg after the big tickets there and back.
