My family and I are taking the NCL Pride of America cruise in October and I wanted to know if there are any hotels in Kauai that would let us use their facilities for the day.

You could try calling the Lihu%26#39;e Marriot -- I don%26#39;t know what their policy is for day use rooms -- the general rule as I know it is that if the occupancy is low enough -- a hotel will sell you a hotel room to use for the day -- the prices vary depending on the hotel property.
This hotel would be the closest property to your cruise ship.
