Northshore Lodging - Look lovely, no reviews/forums

Has anyone information or had a previous stay at:

1) Poli Makai Cliffside Estate - Haiku

2) Cliff%26#39;s Edge at Huelo Point - Haiku

3) Hookipabayview Cottage - Haiku

4) Kaiholo Hale - in Kuau/Paia

Also, does anyone have additional pictures of the Inn at Mama%26#39;s Fish House garden cottages - do you know if they have king beds or just queen sized? Does anyone know if any of the lodging in Hana /Northsore has air conditioning. I know this side of the island is cooler, but my husband gets hot easily.

I am interested in staying in one of these places as well and would like to know about air conditioning.
