Soup Nutz and Java Jazz, Have you been? This is an FYI Only

Hey all,

We are in Maui now. We tried out this place across the street from the Kaanapali Shore resort in the Same lot as Star Market. It is called Soup Nutz on one side and Java Jazz on the other side. It has the best breakfast. They also serve lunch and dinner. It is a coffee shop, eatery and a jazz spot all tide into one. Great place. Reasonable price. Beware of the pancakes. They are the size of plates. Very good, but I could only eat one, when I can normally eat three from Dennys. They have live jazz music in the evenings. It is a family facility. If you are in the area try it out. Has anyone else reading this post been to this place? Please let me know. ALOHA

Mahalo for the info :). Will take note, and counting down the days,

enjoy the remaining of your trip.

My wife and i found them the last time we went to maui, loved stopping there in the morning for a cup of coffee and something to eat. glad to hear they are still in business

biker

We%26#39;ve been there for breakfast on our last two trips and I got salads to go for lunch one time.

I agree - very good food. They even had one guy playing live music the last time during breakfast.

Love the naked barbies all over the place. LOL.

I have had dinner there and just loved it!

Haven%26#39;t been there, but its going on my list!!

I think we ate breakfast at Java Jazz 6 times on our 12 day stay on Maui. If you like talking to locals try to get a seat at the bar, bartenders make good conversation. Both Sunday%26#39;s we were there they have 2 guitar players that are really good, music is like something you%26#39;d listen to while in a convertible doing some spiriting driving down Baja California Sur - Hotel California style.
