There is no comparison. The Sheraton Maui.
Well, here come the votes. Another for the Sheraton - hands down. Especially for your honeymoon. The location is great and the laid back atmosphere of the resort is marvelous.

Just a tiny bit of research would have showed that there these two hotels are not even remotely close in quality.
The Sheraton! For oceanview, building 3 or 4 are best. Avoid building 2 since they have family suites in that building and it is also adjacent to the luau grounds and where they hold large weddings once in a while.
