US Airways

Has anyone ever flown US Airways from the East Coast? We got the best price of about $200 per person cheaper flying this airlines vs American/United/Delta, etc.

Any advise will be appreciated. Just wondering why they are so much cheaper.

US Airways

I have no idea why they are cheaper, but sounds like a good thing. How much are tickets? What time of year are you thinking of going? Hope it works out for you.

US Airways

price including taxes is $687 from Baltimore; other airlines are over $800 and not sure why this is.

We are going Thanksgiving 11/27 to 12/11 and doing multi-destination BWI-Oahu and then Maui to BWI.

Last time we flew in Sept and got a price of $575 per person doing the same multiflight only on American Airlines which now is showing $958 per ticket. Can%26#39;t figure out why the difference in prices between airlines and wanted to be sure US Airlines is worth flying on (they leave 12 midnight to come home so flight time is not good, that may be the reason).

Possibly the flight time is a factor. But it is a good price. I guess you have to take the good with the bad.

Having flown on US Air, I can say they are just as good/bad as any other airline and saving the $200 is definitely worth it.

We flew US Air last year and are flying them again this year. I have been watching prices for nine months or so and have never seen another airline beat their price. We had no problems with our flight last year. No delays, no lost luggage...I have no idea why there is such a price difference.
