looking for condo pics

We are staying at Kiahuna Plantation in a garden view room in May. Does anyone have pictures of the view? Just trying to determine if it is worth upgrading to ocean view. Any other advice is welcome. We will be there with our 18 month old, so suggestions on activities that include her are appreciated. Thank You!

If you do a search on Kiahuna Plantation you will find Outrigger page and they have virtual tours and grounds layout- also www.Wizardpub.com /Kauai Revealed has a map with links to various places and they offer an aerial view and two links to the property - some of the units are across the road form the beach.....

Thank you. We actually booked through Outrigger. I guess what I%26#39;m looking for are what I would call a ';real'; photo. Generally the photos that I have seen others post with their reviews look more realistic than those ideal photos on the Outrigger site. Actually if any of you have opinions one way or the other of cost v. benefit of a garden view or an ocean view I%26#39;d love to hear it. Thanks again!

We have stayed in both. It is a close call. The buildings are set back far enough from the ocean that view might not be worth the extra cost. Garden views are lovely. If you%26#39;ll be toting alot of toys to the beach [which is not really suited to an 18 month old] the proximity might be worth it. However, closeness to the pool with its sandy lagoon might be perfect for her.

If you put Kiahuna Plantation into the search box here on TA, it will pull up the reviews. If you look on the right hand side and scroll down a bit you%26#39;ll see a box with Traveler Photos and Videos, which will have a few pictures that may help you.

We love Kiahuna Plantation but decided to book at Whaler%26#39;s Cove this year to be away from all the road construction. The ocean view are very nice especailly the units closer to the ocean. The ocean views at the back of the property near the road are a rip off. The interiors can really vary as well at Kiahuna. Some are very dated and some are newly renovated, both the garden view and ocean views. Ask Outrigger if they will give you unit numbers for the garden view and the ocean views. With an 18 month old, you probably want to make sure you are away from the construction noise for naptime?
