Tickets to see USS Arizona

I know you have to get in line to get tickets for this, but can go anytime during the day after you get the tickets, but here%26#39;s my ?

Does everyone have to be present to get a ticket or can we send my dad who gets up early to go get them and come back with them?

Thanks,

Tickets to see USS Arizona

Q1 - the tickets are for a specific time. Groups are scheduled 15 minutes apart beginning at 7:45 AM with the last group starting at 3:30 PM. Each group is 150 people, or 4500 per day. The group begins with a moving film about the Dec. 7 events and the memorial, then the group loads on the boat and travels to the USS Arizona Memorial and spends some time there. So the answer is no, you can%26#39;t get your ticket and come back any time you choose. The ticket is for one time slot only, given out in chronological order (i.e., you can%26#39;t select the time you want, they fill up the first group, then the next, etc.).

Q2 - Yes, you have to be present to get a ticket, sorry. BTW, lots of people plan their USS Arizona trip for the first or second full day of thieir Hawaii trip because EVERYBODY wakes up early until their body gets adjusted. If your body is used to getting up at 7 AM in Kansas, that%26#39;s 3 AM in Hawaii. You%26#39;ll start sleeping later as your trip progresses, but trust me, you%26#39;ll be up early the first or second day.
